Gateway Bank is converting to a Branded Mobile App and Launching a new Tablet App!
The new app is LIVE today (6/30), so when you log into your current 'Touch Banking' branded application, you should receive an automatic message with information about the Required Update.
By choosing 'Update Now', you will be redirected to the new branded app. Choose to 'Get' or 'Install'. At this point, your phone may prompt you for identifying information.
Once installed, enter the Access ID, password, and security information you regularly use to access Gateway Bank online banking services.
It is recommended to delete the 'Touch Banking' app that was previously used.
You can also download the new Tablet app via your tablet device!
